| To comply with the laws of the country and to honor common courtesy to other fellow human beings, Unlimited Network and those Independent Contractors working with Unlimited Network, have established the Unlimited Network Policies (hereafter “Policies”) for everyone’s understanding and protection. Every Unlimited Network Member, Producer, and Teacher must be a Member of Unlimited Network and thus be an active Unlimited Network Independent Member. When someone becomes a Member of Unlimited Network, they become an Independent Member (hereafter “Member”). Every person that is a Member of Unlimited Network is known as an “Member”. Unlimited Network also promotes Practitioners of different modalities (hereinafter “Practitioner”). As an Member and Practitioner of the Unlimited Network you are required to understand and comply with all rules, regulations, policies, and procedures contained: in the Member Application, the Producer Application, the Teacher Application and in the Practitioner Application, the Unlimited Network Compensation and any document which may be published or disseminated by Unlimited Network (hereafter “the Policies”). Unlimited Network reserves the right to amend the Unlimited Network Policies as it deems appropriate. Any change of the Unlimited Network Policies will be published on the Unlimited Network website and become effective upon publication. In the event of any conflict in terms of the Unlimited Network Policies and any such amendment, the amendment will continue. It is Member, Practitioner, Producer and Teacher’s responsibility to keep informed of any updates to the Unlimited Network Policies by frequently checking the Unlimited Network website for updates. It is Member, Practitioner, Producer and Teacher’s responsibility to keep current with any Unlimited Network amendment. If the Member or Practitioner fails to keep current with the Unlimited Network Policies the Member and Practitioner looses their status and privileges Unlimited Network honors all federal, state, and local regulations and requires every Member and Practitioner to do the same. It is therefore very important that you read and understand the information in this section. If you have any questions regarding any policy, seek an answer on the Unlimited Network website, from your Sponsor, other Members of your Support Team, or the Unlimited Network Policies Committee. |
