Producer's Policies

Unlimited Network sponsored Producers are independent business people who, in consultation with Unlimited Network, selects, contacts and contracts Unlimited Network Teachers, sets the dates for Unlimited Network sponsored workshops, workshop series, and trainings (hereinafter “workshop”), with the Teacher, arranges for the facilities and supplies for the workshop, takes care of the Teacher before, during and after the workshop, generates publicity and marketing for the workshop, and inspires themselves and other Members to inspire people to participate in the workshop.

  1. A Producer needs to be an active Unlimited Network Member and so all Policies applying to an Unlimited Network Member also applies to a Producer.
  2. A Producer needs to have a completed Producer Application and Agreement Form accepted and on file with Unlimited Network. Unlimited Network reserves the right to decline any Producer’s Application at its discretion.
  3. A Producer is responsible for researching for and having all necessary working permits and licenses necessary to be an Independent Producer of Unlimited Network sponsored workshop.
  4. Producers can choose to produce in partnership with others, if one Producer is a main responsible Producer. Unlimited Network requires one person to be the main Producer for the purpose of contact, payments and tax reports.
  5. A Producer is required to complete any workshop that has been officially scheduled with the Unlimited Network Workshop Application and Agreement Form.
  6. Unlimited Network and its owners, employees or any other person representing Unlimited Network do not make any claims of guaranteed earnings or represent any anticipated earnings that might result from the efforts as a Producer.
  7. To promote a workshop as an Unlimited Network sponsored workshop a Producer needs to complete the Workshop Application Form and have it accepted and filed with a Teacher and Unlimited Network.

The Workshop Application fee must accompany the Workshop Application for it to be completed and accepted. The fee is $200 for a Workshop and $700 for a 100-Hours Workshop Series. The purpose of this Workshop Application fee is to for the Producer to recognize the importance of the commitment to producing the workshop. The Workshop Application fee will be refunded after the workshop has been delivered. If the workshop is cancelled the fee will be forfeited and distributed to the Teacher(s) and Unlimited Network.

If a workshop gets cancelled the Workshop Application fee will be distributed as follows: $100 to the Teacher and $100 to Unlimited Network, and for a workshop series: $600 to Teacher and $100 to Unlimited Network.

  1. The choice of which workshop a Producer organizes, is between the Producer and the teacher. Unlimited Network will provide a list of available Teachers to Producers to choose from for their workshop.
  2. The Producer’s commitment to create the workshop starts with the Producing Workshops Application and ends when the workshop is completed, the Teacher has been returned to the airport, residence (if in-town teacher) or other agreed upon destination and the Registration Forms, monies and workshop reports are delivered to Unlimited Network.
  3. The Producer commits to be totally available during the workshop including the day the workshop starts on and the day after the workshop ends.
  4. The Producer makes the workshop his/her main time and energy engagement and agrees to follow the requirements listed on the Producer’s checklist. (click here)
  5. Each workshop modality has its particular space and equipment requirements. Please see the Producer’s checklist for specific requirements for each workshop.
  6. The Producer provides a hotel or equivalent place for the Teacher to live at while conducting the workshop that has at least a private bedroom, a real bed and a private bathroom. If the Teacher chooses a different accommodation, the Teacher is personally responsible for these expenses. If the Teacher chooses an accommodation other than the one provided by the Producer, the Producer provides the information of and assists in booking this accommodation.
  7. The Producer arrives to the workshop at least 1 hour before the start of the workshop.
  8. The Producer can help participants with lodging possibilities during a workshop, but should not promise places to stay, unless it is completely clear.
  9. The Producer agrees to have available the Refund Form after the workshop completion for any student that is eligible and requests a refund.
  10. The Producer’s commission is distributed after the Producer has provided Unlimited Network with the Workshop Registration Forms, the completed Workshop Report and any outstanding money. This can arrive no later than two months after the completion of the workshop to Unlimited Network.
  11. A received Producer Payment Check must be cashed before 6 months after its issuing date is up or it is invalid and the producing income is lost.
  12. The relationship between a Producer, Unlimited Network and an Independent Teacher is that of contracting Independent Contractors. The Producer alone determines the nature and extent of his/her working hours, and activities.
  13. The relationship between a Producer, Unlimited Network and an Independent Teacher is not intended and shall not be construed to create a relationship of employer-employee, agency, partnership, joint venture, franchise, distributorship or security.
  14. A Producer is an Independent Contractor, solely responsible for his/her own business and is not an employee of Unlimited Network. As such, the Producer is fully responsible for all and any expenses that the Producer acquires in conducting his/her business as a Producer. Also a Producer will not be regarded as an employee with respect to such services for Federal or State tax purposes, including but not limited to the Federal Unemployment Tax Act, Federal Insurance Contributions Act, the Social Security Act, income withholding at source, or for any federal, state, or local tax laws applicable in The United States. A Producer pays all self-employment social security, local, state and federal income taxes as required by law.
  15. All expenses incurred arising out of the performance of the Producer’s Application and Agreement, and in relation to producing the workshop is the Producer’s sole responsibility
  16. A Producer agrees that any expenses personally incurred in preparing for a workshop that was canceled or postponed is solely the Producer’s responsibility, unless otherwise explicitly stated in writing.
  17. A Producer is an independent representative who establishes and services his/her customers, workshop participants, Teachers and Members as an independent contractor.
  18. If the Producer wants to divulge information about Unlimited Network’s staff, workshop participants, Teachers or other Members or Producers, the Producer agrees to first have an approval in writing.
  19. A Producer may not make purchases or be a binder for Unlimited Network, or Unlimited Network sponsored unique modalities or its suppliers in any way whatsoever.
  20. A Producer may not without prior written approval from Unlimited Network create audio or video recordings or develop materials.
  21. A Producer agrees to not repackage, re-label or sell the Unlimited Network’s workshops, products and services under any other name or label.
  22. A Producer agrees to not divulge the business secrets of Unlimited Network to third persons in whole or in part, nor shall he/she utilize such business secrets for any business or commercial purpose, alone or in conjunction with others. The term “business secrets” as utilized in this agreement shall mean, but not by way of limitation, the names, addresses and telephone number(s) of Unlimited Network Members, Unlimited Network sponsored workshop participants, Teachers, Unlimited Network sponsored workshop Producers and all lists thereto; financial information and data concerning Unlimited Network, its officers, directors, employees and shareholders.
  23. If a Producer fails to follow the Unlimited Network Producer’s Policies or loses the Unlimited Network Member status, the Producer lose his/her status as a Producer and any or all rights to receive compensation from Unlimited Network may immediately terminate. The terminated Producer may not reapply for Producer status within six months from the termination date.
  24. A Producer has the right to terminate his/her Producer’s status at any time, for any reason, via notarized written notification to the Unlimited Network. Such voluntary termination is effective upon completion of any contracted workshop or other agreement between a Teacher of an unfinished workshop, the Producer and Unlimited Network. The terminated Producer may not reapply for Producer status within six months from the termination date.
  25. Producer will immediately upon resignation or termination from association with Unlimited Network, return to Unlimited Network all contracts, forms, publications, and sales aids provided to Producer by Unlimited Network.
  26. A Producer shall not, after termination as Producer, use to the Producer’s own advantage or advantage of any other person, corporation or entity, any information gained for or from the files or business of Unlimited Network. A Producer shall not for a period of one year after termination of this Agreement, directly or indirectly solicit or otherwise attempt to induce any Unlimited Network Member or workshop participant of Unlimited Network sponsored workshops to terminate his/her affiliation with Unlimited Network. During the term of this Agreement and for a one-year period thereafter, a terminated Producer shall make no attempt to divert business from Unlimited Network.
  27. A Producer’s Agreement is personal to Producer and neither it or any of the rights or duties hereunder maybe assigned, sub-licensed, delegated or otherwise transferred by as a Producer, by operation of law or otherwise, nor may a Producer give up any control over the subject matter of this Agreement.
  28. A Producer understands and agrees that Unlimited Network, and its officers, directors, and shareholders, has no liability to the Producer for any claim whatsoever related to the relationship of Unlimited Network and Producer, including any cause of action founded in contract tort, or strict liability. In no event shall Unlimited Network be liable to the Producer for any incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages.
  29. A Producer understands that the Producer’s Policies and Appreciation Plan may be amended from time to time and that the Producer will be bound by it. Any such amendments will be published in the appropriate Unlimited Network literature and become affective upon publication. In the event of any conflict in terms of this Producer Application and Agreement and any such amendment, the amendment will continue.
  30. These Policies shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the parties’ assigns, successors and heirs, except as limited herein. A Producer understands and agrees that, except as set forth in the Producer Application and Agreement, all claims and disputes relating to the Producer Application and Agreement, the rights and obligations of the parties or any other claims or causes of  actions relating to the performance of either party under the Producer Application and Agreement, shall be settled totally and finally by arbitration in the county of St. Lucie, state of Florida, in accordance with the federal Arbitration Act and the Commercial Rules of the American Arbitration Association. The Producer Application and Agreement is performable in St. Lucie’s county, and governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
