How I became the President of Unlimited Network By Monica Garaycoechea

Everything feels new in my life! Our new house brings me this feeling of fresh and new. From this experience I gave permission to myself to offer a new point of view to our company, Unlimited Network. I saw the company more conscious of what Network Marketing is, I saw more consciousness towards business and money and also more teamwork towards success for all of us. Maybe all that creativity was flowing from my own journey towards abundance and conscious creativity…

To my surprise, one morning, having breakfast on our patio surrounded by a beautiful blue sky, palms, a fresh breeze touching my skin, birds singing, the sound of water flowing from the hot tub into the pool, feeling very peaceful and grateful for life, Arne asked me if I would like to be the President of Unlimited Network. I was shocked. “Oh no, no, no,” I said, but my curiosity was more powerful and took over. What? And you know the power of questions, right? Then I asked Arne, "What do you think I could bring to Unlimited Network?” He answered, “I see you with clear passion, very inspirational, a strong leader people can trust and I think that you are able to support, guide and empower people.”

I heard the words and let them sink into my heart. I felt quiet and respectful, but could not answer right away. After I while, I decided to play as the Unlimited Network President for two weeks to see how it would feel, and then give an answer from my heart. From that moment on I experienced a lot of creativity with many ideas of how to serve and empower people to be successful. Our community is made up of people choosing a conscious life which is my own personal passion. I felt very honored and lucky. I saw in front of me an avenue which will push me beyond my comfort zone but in the direction of expansion. I felt the fear and limiting thoughts that I have been accustomed to but I let them be ... and, I played. OK, if I am the president of this company I will do this and this. Arne was totally there for me and I felt totally and completely supported. I was thrilled that I could allow his support. My usual focus on hearing complaints had switched to total trust and my usual interpretation of disapproval sounded like acknowledgements. Wow! That shows me how much I have grown! So, guess what I said, YES!

So, here I am as a fresh, new President of Unlimited Network. My intention is to support and nurture a conscious community by empowering individuals to find their true nature and to enjoy their full potential here on earth. I would like to use the structure of Network Marketing to promote and experience the support of the win/win potential there is in a conscious business like ours. I would like to support the creation of a world of conscious people, with high self-esteem who know who they really are and who worship their True Nature. I would like to play big and support the letting go of limitations in our minds and world. I would like to share a world of Love, Joy, and Gratitude that we are creating all together. I feel very passionate and loving about my presidency and, at the same time, I am aware of not getting attached to the role and to just be in the joy of service and love.

In the middle of all this passion I sat down and asked, OK Monica, what do you need to be successful as the president of Unlmited Network? The answer was very clear: I need a team of committed, trustworthy and empowering people to support me in the vision I have for the company. I need what I call “my right hand.” I need a Vice President taking care of the products we have and want, For A Conscious Life. I need someone who likes numbers and accounting, and I also need an office person to do the paperwork and support the company in an essential, practical way. I can see these two roles in one person who enjoys organizing our office, taking care of everything from numbers to the mailing list.

I have already created part of my team and I am open to receiving the rest.

Thank you, Arne Rantzen, Vice President, who will be in charge of all the products we offer, for working so hard all these years to bring Unlimited Network to this point, for being the wise man you are, and for completely supporting my presidency.

I also want to thank Sarah Blodgett, my Executive Assistant, for saying “Yes!” without conditions, for trusting me as we embark on this new journey, and for your abilities to be organized, quick, clear, truthful and especially for walking our teachings For A Conscious Life.
