Focus on Success!

This is looking for or yearning for what you want, like with any project, health, wealth, happiness, enrolling people in workshops and inspiring others to become Members.

In this Conference Call we use the example of bowling to describe the process of becoming successful.

  1. Focusing on success is to have a dream. The purpose of having a dream is to keep your head and vision held high. Without a dream you just focus on your feet and the here and now, which doesn't get you anywhere.

Focusing on your dream takes faith. You don't have it yet and you don't know exactly if it is possible to accomplish it. That's why it is a dream.

The strive for success is like wanting to have good scores as a bowler.

Know what you want!

To have permanent results your goal needs to be in harmony with other's goals and the environment for it to create a fulfilling experience.

Like you need to bowl on your own lane. If your bowling ball gets over on other's lanes, people will be upset and tell you off.

Also you need to be team working with those on your team. They are there to support your success.

Having your focus on your goal brings your attention there, which makes you see that and thus manifest it.

Like bowling you have a better chance of a Strike if you focus on your destination of the pins.

  1. The second step is to realize what your success looks and feels like.

As a bowler this is recognizing what the pins looks like and where they are.

Enrolling someone in a workshop, is seeing the person completing the workshop, their smile, improvement and gratitude.

And your gratitude for yourself for having been able to be a witness and an inspiration for such a change that affected the person and the whole planet.

Focusing on the ball, as you throw it, will probably make you miss the strike, but if you focus on the pins, as you throw, you will get the strike.

  1. The third step is to do something that involves your goal.

This is like learning and practicing bowling and how to become a good bowler.

As an Member you take workshops to learn and grow.

If a potential workshop participant wants to achieve more happiness, they would study how happiness works and what the experience of happiness is.

This is like practicing bowling while focusing on your pins and your goal.

Sometimes you are successful and sometimes not. When you get less than you want, over and over again, you may give up or get a stronger drive to continue your search for success.

The next step is to highlight how you sabotage your success and learn what your repetitive disruptive habits are, so you know what to change.

A a bowler you maybe talking while throwing the ball or let go of it to late.

As an Member this is like understanding success tolerance, realizing the habit of birth-repetitions or stopping at the same success level as your parents.

On this path you may realize you have some mis-learning about how to be successful at bowling and that you have a process and change to go through to further improve.

  1. Then you work on releasing these habits and blocks of your past and that which stands in the way of your success.

You see your blocks to receiving your goal and change your context of what they mean.

You also exchange your habit for something new. This is doing the thing that is unfamiliar.

During this behavior change, you may feel uncomfortable, strange, that the activity feels wrong.

Also during this time you may loose the small success of your old behavior and your new behavior not bringing success yet. Be patient.

As a bowler you discipline yourself to your new behavior of not talking while throwing the ball.

For us this is like being on conference calls, such as this one, doing affirmations, Unlimited Body, Unlimited Breath and Goddess Inspiration sessions and workshops. The clinging past is being removed.

For a potential workshop participant that wants happiness, this is like bratticing smiling.

  1. Keep your focus back on your destination, while evolving your understanding and changing to favorable habits.

Contemplation

Where is your focus? On your success or your problems and your hesitations on the way?

Visualization

See yourself you have taken. ReMEMBER the change, success, good feeling and gratitude!

See someone you know completing a workshop and what they looked like with their smile and change and what they had to say about it.

See someone you want to inspire to a workshop completing it.

Imagine what they will feel like, what change they have gone through and what gratitude they have to share with you.

Whatever you focus on expands!
